Any brand, but preferably Propper.

You looking for the certification tag? All officially-approved military clothing will have a tag certifiying that a sample of this cloth meets or exceeds the military standard.

Don't have my camera at the moment but essentially the inside of mine says:

=====
SIZE: (size listed)
some 13 digit number here
COVERALLS, FLYERS, SUMMER
FIRE RESISTANT CWU 27/P
SPO100-99-D-5004
92% META-ARMAID 5% PARA-ARAMID
3% CONDUCTIVE
DJ MANUFACTURING CORP.
=====

The rest is just washing/care instruction.

There's plenty to choose from. Fake and real.
The ones with lots of white space tend to be legit ones. The ones with a label and large fonts and several different sizes of font, with "pretty" thread holding it down, are bogus.

They'll have the DOD spec, contract number,  manufacture and that information varies of course.

The contract number has the date awarded within it, too.

I want to confirm that what I have is a real flight suit.

Here is a picture of the tag. Looks legit.

That's a better pic then when you asked me - 27P is a flight suit, I thought is said 21P which is some kind of coverall.

That's legit. Single kind/size of font, legit contract manufacture. Looks new, nice and dark green vs. faded. I've got one just like it that I scored off eBay for $12 bucks delivered, still in the plastic bag.

All in the way the seller lists it, plus it was one of those huge 100K listings at any one time sellers with warehouses of crud. They don't care.

ahaha. Actually it isn't that big on me.

I dunno what I am going to do with it. I don't fly so I can't really use it for anything.
