Is anyone else gettig errors trying to go to my ops quals or member search in Eservices?

When Microsoft tricked me into allowing IE 9 to download, I stopped being able to get past Member Search in eServices.
Everything works just fine in Firefox or Chrome.
I think Microsoft has decided it dislikes the DOD's weird certificate, and I can't seem to figure out how to make it accept it. And I've tried the advice I found here on CAPTalk, by the way. IE 9 just hates me...
Still doesn't work for me in mobile chrome and chrome. But it works for mobile safari... Go figure.

Yeah I have difficulty accessing your records but probably because you aren't assigned to my Region...
