Hi, just wondering about this....
I had to reset my eservices password, and it says that an email has been sent to me to reset this...this was 4 hours ago, and I have tried it again, with no luck.
Anybody know about this?

Check your SPAM folder - NHQ's server tend to fall into there a lot because of the way they route.
I have also seen it take a long time, or never get the reset notification.
or the email you have on record doesn't match your account...you might need to call them.
