Does anyone know where we send the camp atterbury release form and the Medical release? I can't find anywhere on the website that says the address I might just be looking in the wrong place.

Relevant paragraph: "Once you have completed the forms they can be emailed to: NESA-ADMIN@nesa.cap.gov or faxed to 334-460-8842."

I just sent in the forms to the e-mail address on the NESA web site and received the following;

Could not deliver message to the following recipient(s):

Failed Recipient: jhulsey@nesa.cap.gov
Reason: The mailbox is full

The e-mail address I used actually was NESA-ADMIN@nesa.cap,gov. Apparently it bounces to jhulsey

I have been asked to relay, that others are still receiveing the forms and processing them, so keep sending them.
