Title: Form 52-1 Question
Post by: cadetesman on April 02, 2012, 03:21:32 PM
Hey, I've completed phase one, and I'm looking at the 52-1 "Phase 1 completion form"....

What I'm wondering, is do I still need to complete it, b/c I've already got my Wright Bros. Award number in eservices, and it's in there, along w/ my grade of C/SSgt...

My commander also wondered about this a little.

Sincerely,
C/SSgt Confused

The phase completion forms were used in the past before national started tracking cadet grades in eServices. Now that everything is online, the hard forms are obsolete.

unless your squadron is somehow not using the online system in e-services,
which i guess there may still be some places out there...

(if your WBA is posted online and you have an award number, you almost certainly ARE using the online system)
if your achievement 1, 2, and 3 are also posted in there, you quite certainly are.

The form is still valid for units that for some reason don't have web access. A year ago I had to use a 52 series to correct a glitch I made in the online data base, by trying to correct some dates.
