The thunderstorms and aurora are pretty cool. Too bad we're methodically de-funding our space program. A friend and I were discussing this trend once, and we both agreed that we would be more than willing to pay $200 a year along with other American citizens to see our space program keep moving forward in full glory (specifically, we were talking about the space shuttle).

NASA started building a maglev. It'd reduce the price to 5k per person. Instead of 10k per 2.2Lb.
