What does the professional development officer really do? ???
You've been a member for 4 years and are a "Recruiter"... Yet, you don't know what a PDO does?

The PDO advises squadron members on the PD program, helps them select a specialty track, tracks their PD achievements, and was once described to me as a "cheerleader" of sorts.

Professional development does throw a lot of people off.
