Does the service tape read CIVIL AIR PATROL OR US CIVIL AIR PATROL?

The "U.S. CIVIL AIR PATROL" tapes were phased out.  They existed and were authorized for a short period of time.  They came just about as fast as they went.  It's past the phase-out date for those tapes, so there should be nobody wearing them any longer.  If they are, they're out of regs.
