Hello everyone, I have been thinking for the past few months about things that other squadrons are implimenting that might be worth im-plementing in my squadron (activities, schedule, etc.) any feedback would be great. :)

well, unfortunately, my squadron is pretty lame.... we only have about 5 members, and the DCC won't let us get any more till we get another NCO.. (i'm the only one!)

So back on topic, what are you thinking of specifically? Are you gearing this more towards CP or a Senior Sqdn?
