Title: Recruiting credit- How is it tracked?
Post by: DakRadz on November 30, 2011, 06:57:12 PM
I've definitely recruited the 2 members necessary for me to rightfully wear the recruiting ribbon. I remember my old Sq/CC pulling up a list of the members he recruited on eServices, but I can't seem to find that.

Is recruiting credit in fact tracked in eServices, and how do I get to it? If not, how do I gather my records to prove I have earned the wear of the ribbon?

You won't be able to access it. Your CDC can access it under Member Reports. This shows the people that have listed your CAPID on their application as their recruiter.

Thanks. I can view my own Member Search Report, but I didn't know if that was separate (obviously so).

Much appreciated. I'll ask about it tonight at the meeting.

Member Reports is not the same as Member Search.  It is a restricted program for certain duty positions.

Turns out I only have 1 input into eServices, and my other 1 or 2 were applications waiting to be sent in this coming week... Except the vehicle they were in burnt. Luckily my 1st Lt is okay, just out a truck.

Regardless, I did figure it out, and thanks all for the help.
