I apologize if this is in the wrong section... I'm still pretty new. I see a lot of people using the CAP Emblem in their signatures... what are the differences in authorized usages for the emblem. Is the emblem pretty much authorized anywhere but the seal is for specific purposes?

I've read it a few times before but admittedly found it confusing....and I don't really have anyone to help me clear it up
