Maybe I misunderstood what you meant but under the current promotion i placed a $50 item in my cart.
I chose free shipping at checkout. i then applied the November 10% off coupon code and my total dropped to $45.
So in this case i received free shipping AND 10% off.
Even better.
This keeps getting better and better... haha

I've tried, on 3 separate occasions, to place an order online with the goal of going above $50 to get the discount. For whatever reason, every time I'd add an item, my shopping cart would decrease and get rid of something. After going through and having 12 items selected, THREE SEPARATE TIMES, and then getting to checkout only to have 3 or 4 items remaining, I gave up.
It actually wouldn't let me order. Some sort of glitch.

You know, Vanguard has actually been good to me, but I will admit their website has always been atrocious.
Then again, CAPMart was just as bad, if not worse.
Had to borrow a friend's FB page since I don't have one, but got the 20% discount and free shipping.
Bought a few things I didn't need, but hey, that's the story of my life. 8)
