It's Monday morning at 10:45 on the east coast. I can't get into eServices, or my Wing's servers. I just read about a Time Warner outage. Is anyone else having this problem?
Nope, I'm logged in right now.

All's well for me at 1700Z.
Ok, thank you all for letting me know.
You can also use: www.isup.me (http://www.isup.me) to check.
As a quick point, TWC going down probably wouldn't have a significant effect on NHQ/eServices accessibility, but Level 3 going down definitely would, at least if you have to cross their network to get where you want to go (given the size and tier 1 status of L3, the odds are pretty good). Didn't see this article until today.

Serves them right for using Juniper Junk.
