Title: New Stand / Eval Specialty Track Guide

At the national conference, it was mentioned that an updated speciality track guide for Standards and Evaluations will be out soon.  Anyone have an idea as to how soon it will be done?

Folks, Hell freezes over every single year. It's in Michigan. and it gets really cold there every winter.
