Yes, but unlike us, at least two of those pictures are of uniforms that haven't changed significantly in hundreds of years.
So... you're saying that organizations that have maintained a stable identity and branding for centuries, or have an unambiguous view of their cultural roots (in the case of the Koreans) have more uniform issues than we do? :o
If only we got to carry pikes like the swiss guards... >:D

I think we need to keep in mind that most of these uniforms are ceremonial in nature, and are meant to be flashy and gaudy. Think - mess dress.

Neither would I. I've read that despite carrying pikes, the Swiss Guards also conceal submachine guns under their uniforms. Although I do wonder if they'd ever use the pikes when they were out of ammo... >:D
