While surfing Google Images today for CAP related images, I ran across an image that looked very similar to the AF Association's upswept wings, circle and star. When I went to the site it looked like a school, charter school, military school kind of thing using CAP Cadet Programs. I didn't have time to read it, but now I can't find it again.
Help?

Ah. Found it. A new private school trying to start up with plans of using CAP Cadet Programs as the key of the curriculum and extracurricular activities.
