Pretty graphics but I'll be skipping that like I've skipped all the rest of the Ace Combat series. I like my flightsims to at least be in the same time zone as realism. I wish Jane's still made sims. Those were awesome.

I just hope there is a Hardcore mode or "realistic" hit points for multi-player like HAWX has, so I can hop online and start owning people.  Full on sim is not really my thing.

I used to love Jane's sims. I played Jane's USAF until I got a computer with Windows 7. It wasn't compatible anymore.  :'(

Even with crappy 1999 graphics, it was way more fun than anything I've ever played on a console.

Falcon 4 is still around, but that's a little too realistic for me. I have a job.  ;D

Too lame for PC. PC gamers have higher standards. I am one by the way.

I have both PC and PS3.  All but but three of my PS3 games is either console exclusive or PS3 exclusive.  And of the three that I could have got on PC (all flying games btw) two ended up being cheaper and less of a hassle buying a physical blu-ray than downloading them for PC.

I agree, I hate people putting out bad games for PC. I think activision gave PC gamers the finger using engines that are 5 years old.

Indies are getting to be better quality than maintream.

Though Battlefield 3 looks EPIC!    8) 8) 8) Already pre-ordered.
I bet it would be fun to hook up a joystick to. =D

I cut my teeth on fighters anthology, man that was good times for a video game.
I was actually ranked there for a while hehh

Falcon isn't so bad once you are over the learning curve.
However that curve is STEEP.

I wish it had more "short" style  missions.  It's pretty tough to fly coop campaign without burning hours and hours.

Older engine = more compatible hardware. More compatible hardware = more players. More players = more $$$. And since Activision is a company whose primary purpose is to make money, it makes sense.
