On this day, this family remembers the legacy and sacrifices of my wife's step-father, PFC Ralph O. Freeman, 1st Infantry Division, literally one of the first men on Omaha beach and wounded three times all before his 19th birthday.
We are not speaking German and the RED WHITE AND BLUE IS SILL FLYING.
