A good place to start is your squadron ES Officer. He/she will explain what needs to be completed prior to beginning Ground Team training, and how to proceed.

The documents can be found at www.nesa.cap.gov.

In e-services go to "Operations Qualifications" and then under the "Emergency Services" menu you'll find SQTR's - either the "Entry/View Worksheets" or the "Print Blank Worksheets" links. A dropdown menu will provide you with a choice of ES achievements from which to choose. The former will provide you with a form that might be partially filled out with tasks you've already done. As EMT-13 mentioned your unit ES officer can assist you with completing the other tasks and filling those into the system. Hope this helps.

You don't necessarily need to complete GTM-3 before starting on GTM-2 tasks. However, the tasks do build on each other. In the long run, you'll probably have a better understanding of the skills if you don't bounce around.

IMO, if you happen to complete a task for a higher level, go ahead and check the box. But overall, try to complete the program in order.
