Title: help with eservices
Post by: shlebz on March 20, 2011, 03:04:23 AM
How would you put your current duty positions in, in eservieces? If i can't who would i need to talk to to have eservices say my current staff position?

Cadets don't have duty positions, so there is nothing to enter.

Senior member duty positions are entered by the appropriate command or staff person.

Well, there might be, depending how semantically pedantic you want to be, but generally I would say no.

Now, to go that extra step now, instead of waiting for all the pedants to spring out of the woodwork, I'll explain it in full.

The direct chain of command for most cadets goes Commander, Deputy Commander for Cadets, Cadet Commander, etc. Those are your command positions.

Everyone else, with a couple of exceptions, is in a staff position - Admin, Personnel, Legal, Finance, Testing, PD, Aero Ed, etc.

Clear as mud? Look in CPR 20-1 for the most complete explanation.

And to answer the original Q, cadet duty positions do not appear in eServices at this time.
