It's been a while since I did this. Can someone please remind me where/how to look at my own records as recorded by NHQ? I used to do this regularly with CAPWATCH back when I was a CDC.

Log into eServices.
Click on the Member Search link on the left side.
Click on the view link next to your name.
Select the appropriate tab or click the Member Search Report link at the top to get a summary.
