Title: 101 Card Help

I am trying to get my 101 card but before I can do that I have to upload my IS 100 certificate onto eservices...... Can someone please tell me how to do that? :-[

Log into eServices.
Go to "My Operations Qualifications"
Click on SQTR "Entry/Edit Worksheet"
Then click on "View/Upload Documents"
Select "IS-100" from the drop box and upload the file from your computer.

After you are done with the above, you will want to submit the IS-100 in SQTR. Just select IS-100 within "*Achievements" and your commander can then validate your IS-100 training.

When in doubt, talk to your mentor, or squadron PD or ES officer. They are your best source of procedures that your SQ follows.

Ok thanks but how do I get the certificate into PDF or jpeg file type to upload it?

Scan? If you don't have one, find a friend with one.

Also, FEMA usually follows up with an e-mail from "Independent Study" after you complete the IS-100 course on-line (I Pressume you took the course online). You can find the link to the PDF version of your certificate within that e-mail from FEMA.
