Title: Would this be a good pack for extended pack?

It looks OK, but unless you plan to spend a lot of time humping your 72 Hr pack through the woods, it's a bit expensive.  Check this out:   http://wardenssupplyco.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=20&products_id=34  They also have the Medium ALICE or Molle's if you prefer...

The MOLLE is $20 more expencive then the TETON,  :P

But it is also about $40 more practical and comfortable. The thing about MOLLE and ALICE (MOLLE more than ALICE) is that they are more adjustable, the external frame lends to that much more than internal frames.
