What are the goods and bads about this? It may be a little to late though, as I have already ordered something.
It would depend on the backpack or vest you ordered. MOLLE is nothing more than a standard for attaching something to a piece of equipment (that's my understanding anyways).
A vest, right off of amazon.

Having worked with MOLLE gear for the last 9 1/2 years, I love the MOLLE. I would never revert back to the ALICE system. However like all gear it has its own downside.
The loops can come un-stitched from too much weight or prolonged use. This can be fixed with some simple sewing knowledge.
This is the only thing that I can think of that is a downside to it.
However there are plenty of upsides.
The MOLLE is very versatile, it can be changed around to accommodate pretty much any task you have for it.
Opens and closes easily.
If the side pouches are too much, and aren't needed you can take them off.
The bottom bag of the old style MOLLE can accommodate a uniform and a sleeping bag by itself, and can be detached, though it is not very easy to detach.
The newer style of MOLLE pack has no detachable bottom pouch, but the bottom does have a flap that zips shut so that it works as a separate bag.
The load bearing equipment is great, because you can make it do whatever you want, and can be rearranged for your personal preference. Not to mention it is much more comfortable than the old ALICE belt and suspenders.
I love the MOLLE, simple as that. It rocks.
MOLLE is a standard of equipment type. The military has "coined" what MOLLE really is, but there are companies that have tried to copy it, but have all failed. Be sure to use true MOLLE equipment.

Ok, thanks!!!
I sell US made MOLLE vests for $13.50 a piece so less than half as much as the ones linked above. They are government surplus but are OD green and pretty much all new. I guess the military bought them and never issued them before they switched to the new ACUs, ABUs, etc. I don't know if we have a classified section however I just saw this post and thought I would help anyone out who needs them. The ones linked to on Amazon are chinese made and may not last that long. These things are solid.
I also sell like new ALICE packs for $30, ammo cans, sleeping pads, shelter half tents, etc etc. I come off my normal for CAP members since I know we're all using this stuff for good.

Not yet. Me and my buddy have been selling surplus for only a few months and are just trying to start out. So far have been limiting ourselves to Ebay, online forums, etc.

Do you have any 72 hr packs??? If you do what kind?
I do. They are large ALICE packs. I sell them for $35 + shipping with all the straps and the frame. I have the LC3 straps.
The LARGE Alice ruck is very useful and still a very viable pack. I use mine not only with CAP but also camping and even weekend trips out of town. Also I'd like to say that the FLC you have posted there works well. I use it my self. Specialty Defense makes a far better product than all the airsoft junk out there.
For medium or heavy load, MOLLE is hard to beat. Pockets of any size you want to carry, and properly used and adjusted, the load is held tightly in place close to the wearer's body.
For "vest-only" loads, the AF Snap Trak vest is superior, offers more mounting solutions and can be reconfigured in a fraction of the time.
For a 72hr pack I would recommend a medium ALICE vs a large. You should be able to fit everything in a medium ALICE and have some room left over. I would also recommend the frame with the medium it's optional, but on the large it's required.

I prefer the large alice for an external fram pack. Good for 72 hour gear use. The advantage of frame vs not frame will be apparent if you ever have to carry it for any length of time. It becomes very verstile with some simple modifications.
1-I attached a bungie cord to the top of the frame; this allows you to quickly stash larger gear to the top (from parka's once it gets warm to a compact 24hr pack or med bag if you have to go to full hiker mode with the 72 hour pack)
2-Using a 2 qt canteen strap I ran it from frame side to frame side thru the pouch snap loops; this allows you to cinch the pack down with a smaller load as well as a place to attach additional gear pouches
3-I added spec ops alice pack straps, they have more padding and a sternum strap
4-using an old GI foam sleeping pad I beefed up the waist belt (cut to shape and duct tape) as well as a pad against the back frame (sort of a lumbar support)
5-Fastech buckles to the top cinch straps so you can easily get in and out of the pack

I'm a MOLLE fiend in the proper context. The system can be a bit over bearing for simpler work but it certainly has it's place. I'll post pics of my junk soon.
