I have GES, ORM,IS-100 and, IS-700 and some random safety test (that I thought was ORM but wasn't).
What can do now??? What do I have to get?

Maybe get registered as a first responder or EMT

Be specific about what your goals are so we know what to suggest to you?

You might want to look into Ground Team, UDF, Radio, etc...
I'm trying to get GTM3. Really after the tests you've done all you need is an ES Bivouac and a Radio BCUT Course.

Actually that is incorrect. READ THE TASK GUIDE AND SQTR!

I have... If the ES bivouac is planned right, you can knock out all the requirements except for maybe the training missons and the Radio course. At least that's how the last bivouac I went on went. We did everything except for the second mission, ICS tests, and a radio course.

Your experience does not reflect how things are done everywhere. Using broad terms like yours could lead to confusion......
