I got to play with that at work a few months ago. The refueling sim was ridiculously easy - the Boeing rep told me that they had run some JSDF aircrews through it and that they were operational with 10 total hours of training under their belts.  I could believe it after playing with it for a few minutes.  The flight sim was also pretty cool.  I stepped in and managed to touch down in the runn off area at Edwards AFB with no rudders (they told us not to use them) and no throttle control (the guy that was handling them got called away while I was flying).  Not bad for some guy with a whopping 0.75 hours in a Cessna 172.
