Title: Aerospace Education DVD Suggestions
Post by: DBlair on October 14, 2010, 08:33:53 PM
I've noticed that some units tend to show an occasional aerospace-related DVD as part of a meeting night, or as part of a '5th week' program.

In a recent local discussion, it seems members had a variety of suggestions regarding movies or documentary DVDs that would be appropriate for Cadets.

I'm considering the idea of putting together an Aerospace Education DVD library for local units in my Group to borrow and show their members.

Any thoughts or DVD suggestions?

I check out the bargain bins at Wal-mart, Big Lots, Best Buy etc.  I got a 5 DVD box set something like "The History of Aviation through 2001 for ~ $20.00.  I've found a lot of WWII aviation related movies for $3- $5.

I get DVD's on Amazon.com cheap all the time.  I found "The Tuskegee Airmen" for around $3
