Anyone out there have a Hi Res picture of Col/Gen Carr?  His official will not be out for a while and I was trying to update our Chain of Command board at Wing HQ.

Does anyone know anything about the General?  Cant say Ive ever met him.

It's a nice picture, I need something that will look good when it get scaled up to 8 X 10.

I was the Group Commander when Brig Gen Carr joined CAP as a member of our local senior flying squadron.  I've worked with him for years and know him to be a man of the highest integrity.  He always works for the good of the organization.  We are very fortunate to have him as our Vice Commander.
