Whats the best website to find local or national flight weather?
http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/metar.shtml
http://www.wunderground.com - Weather Underground, has an 'Aviation' tab. Enter an airport ID or zip code.
The legal place, however is from the FSS or one of the duats providers.

Here's two more;

You can personalize this one for your local airport. I like the visual representation, the current airport conditions, and the winds forecast.

Under Aviation Weather, select "Aviation Forecast", then enter your region and airport. Once the data comes up, you can save the link and always have your local airport data handy by just clicking on the link. You do not have to log in or have an account.
I personally like NOAA's site, though I use Weatherbug Elite on my phone.
