Quick run down of my current situation.
I am a 1stLt because of advanced grade secondary to Earhart Award as a cadet.
I have the time in grade as 1st LT
I recently Completed my OBC/ECI 13 Online
I have been assigned to CP as a specialty track, and am awaiting the 6 month mark as a assistant
I am scheduled to take my SLS in November when it is run.
What Am I missing for my promotion to Captain?
Looks like PD-wise you have it covered, PM sent regarding TIG.
SECTION B - DUTY PERFORMANCE PROMOTIONS
2-1. Eligibility Requirements.
a. General Requirements. To be considered for this type promotion, the member must:
(1) Be at least 21 years of age.
(2) Be a high school graduate (or educational equivalent).
(3) Complete Level I of the Senior Member Professional Development Program.
(4) Be performing in an exemplary manner meriting promotion to the grade recommended.
(5) Be recommended by immediate superior and unit commander.
b. Requirements for Specific Grades. Minimum skill level and time-in-grade requirements for duty performance promotions are outlined in figure 2.
Promotion To Minimum Skill Level I Time-In-Grade
2d Lt Level 1 6 months as senior member
1st Lt Tech Rating 12 months as 2d Lt or TFO
(Specialty Track) (or combination thereof)
Captain Level II 18 months as 1st Lt or SFO
(or combination thereof)Major Level III 3 years as Captain
Lt Col Level IV 4 years as Major

Earhart already gives you the Technician badge in CP
My commander was saying that he is having a hard time figureing out how to enter the technician level granted by the earhart into e-services. Any suggestions on how to acomplish this?
I'm not generally involved in much senior member PD stuff, but I think for the ones that come from cadet milestones, you have to contact national directly and have them do it. I thin that's what happened for me.

A written request from your Commander to the NHQ Director of Personnel.
Email sent to commander, requesting the written request. Thanks for the help so far folks, Im well on the way now.
Per CAPP 216 CADET PROGRAMS OFFICER'S HANDBOOK& SPECIALTY TRACK STUDY GUIDE
"Advanced Ratings. In recognition of their experience, former cadets who earned the Earhart Award are
eligible to receive the Technician Rating in the Cadet Programs Specialty Track upon becoming a
senior member. Likewise, former cadets who earned the Spaatz Award are eligible to receive the
Senior Rating. These advanced ratings are awarded on an individual basis. Former cadets who qualify
for these awards should submit a written request, approved by their unit commander, to HQ CAP/DP."
The bonus to getting all that squared away is that once your tech rating and other PD is all showing in E-Services, your promotion should be an easy "Duty Performance" promotion that your unit can initiate in E-Services. A few clicks by the right people and you're an insto-Captain. No paper CAPF 2 needed.
