Okay, so I get on eServices today, and I can find absolutely no link to my Cadet Promotion Track Report. Is this because of the recent, numerous changes to eServices in general, somehow related to me working on my Mitchell, or some other possibility I've not considered?
I like checking the report to keep myself on task, so this was a bit alarming to me.
Theories, comments, flames?

Not really, but it is bugging me.
Have you checked yourself under the "Member Search" function, then under "Training" Tab, there is a section for Cadet promotions.
The other possibility is that your unit is not using the online Cadet Promotion System.
Given my working relationship with the DCC (and CC, not that he would be involved), I don't understand why either would change from the online promotion system suddenly (it's been in use since the squadron started, one year ago Saturday), and without informing the C/CC (me). Pretty sure that's not it.
And for member search, cadets cannot use that system (perhaps that can be tweaked by CC, but I refer to default) except to view their own rank and location, etc. but no others.
What I'm looking for, which has mysteriously disappeared in the past 2-3 weeks (encampment, vacation, etc., haven't checked eServices in a while) is a link which, when clicked, allows a cadet to download a PDF file of their promotions and current progress on the next achievement in line.
EDIT: The training tab shows promotions themselves, but this report shows a detailed breakdown of what had been done, when, and for what achievement- the training tab's info is miniscule and hap-hazard in comparison.
Thank you very much for at least trying, sir. At least now I know I need to test this at the squadron level (ask a cadet not on the Mitchell to see if they can access this report on themselves still.)
I see a "Cadet Training and Promotions - Full Tracking Report" for each of my units with a lot of detail.
That's it! I couldn't remember exactly what the name was, being that it has disappeared. So, it's just me....
So IS this just because I'm on the Mitchell? Grrr... This will be solved.
Its in with a lot of other restricted apps I see as a commander on the right hand side.
Is Member Search in there as well? I know the Search function itself is not for cadets- I've seen that my CC has it, not sure about other Senior Members.
My confusion is that I've always, until now, been able to see the report- it showed ONLY my own progress and promotions, not other cadets. I could view it as an A1C.. Something very recently has taken it from me.
Yes, I have a version on both sides - the one on the right is recent.
My reports show all the cadets in a respective unit.
I've noticed there are a number of help desk tickets in regarding this issue, hopefully they will all get a response by close of business tomorrow. For now just know your not the only one with this problem.

EDIT- DADGUMIT!!! Well, the eServices personnel (IT guys?) have figured out that they removed it from some, and put the link back. However, they've yet to fix the link so that you can actually view your track report. At least I know it's being worked on.
It's disappeared again- I'll just assume that the IT guys are working on it, since it was there earlier. Hopefully it gets fixed soon...

This link has been appearing and disappearing from my eServices page for several days. I use it to keep up with my own requirements, so will it be fixed and placed back on the CAP Utilities bar?

We are currently working on this report/link. During the implementation, we have taken down the link under CAP Utilities.
So, CCs can view the restricted version (with all cadets). Cadets appear to be SOL for now. Glad I knew what I was missing for the Mitchell...
