Moving a sortie in e-services

Not sure where to find this. Without going into the sordid details, is it possible to move a qualifying mission sortie from one SQTR to another once it's been entered in e-services? If so, what are the regs/rules regarding such a change?

It's not me, it's for a very solid cadet.

Once a sortie is recorded, can it be deleted or moved in e-services?

As far as I know, you just delete it on one SQTR, and re-enter it on the other one. See PM.

Just over it where it needs to go.  If you have the edit rights, there's no validation, etc.
