Creating an Alert Roster

Thanks for all the responses. There's a lot to digest here. Our unit hasn't been active at all in ES in recent memory, so I'm building everything almost from scratch. I like the idea of eventually building teams to use for alerting, as well as the other options. I had looked into Google Voice as an option a while ago, since that number would ring other phone numbers until one is answered.
