2011 Powered Flight Academy questions?

Hello,I have a few questions about the CAP NCSA powered flight academy.

NCSA Applications are due to be submitted by 15 January, and mant wings then have a formal review board to consider which applications will be approved, the wings then forward the approved apps up the chain on 15 Feb.

Since both the dates have passed, the only option you have is to apply through eservices as an alternate, though most flight academies, especially the powered ones,  fill very quickly.

Also, just like any NCSA, you must have already completed a basic encampment. Additionally, for powered flight academies you must turn 16 before the first day of the activity.
