I used to work with the HIWG when I was in the regular army in the 90's. I remember them having a twin engine airplane. Do they still have that?

Sort of.  Last I heard it was in the process of going back to the mainland.  So far there has been a lot of talk about getting a replacement, but nothing definite in the foreseeable future.
