Charles Vennard III was tenacious, curious and always mastered what he did very quickly. he was deeply passionate, and his sense of humour was a gift to all those who knew him. He loved taking care of animals. He will always be remembered as a gentle, caring, warm, big blue-eyed, special young man who had an immeasurable bond with his brother.

Vennard III was a much-loved character who touched the lives of so many with his big heart, wisdom and greatness, His pleasures were simple, His needs were few. If his family was happy, He was too. He gave us love in the fullest measure, Care, devotion and memories to treasure. He shared our dreams, hopes and tears.

He is survived by his family and friends who loved and cared so much about him.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of C/SMSgt Charles Vennard III of Elk County Composite Squadron 507 St. Marys, PA.

C/SMSgt Vennard joined Civil Air Patrol as a member of Elk County Sq 507 in 2016. He was a Squadron cadet of the month 2 months in a row. His squadron duties included: Cadet First Sergeant and Cadet Activities NCO. Cadet Vennard served with distinction on the PA Wing CAP Legislative Day Team and was a valued mentor for other cadets, a friend to all and a fine young man who shall be missed by all.
His funeral will be Saturday October 9th at 12:00pm at the lynch green funeral home.
