Have a previous member rejoining CAP who is entitled to the AFOEA Ribbon, she was in during the award period, but got out before the actual award was presented.

We can't find it on any of the dropdowns in E-Services, so how do we add the award?

Since it's not a CAP ribbon there probably won't be a "drop down".

The aw-fooie was a special award entered at the national level.

This, and it will show up in the member's Awards/Decs area of the Training tab, not like regular service ribbons.

All of my Awards/Decs show up on the same page (Awards/Decorations tab), in two sections.

The only awards on my Training tab are for PD:

I second this.  This was added in by NHQ....  They should have the member's record to verify years of membership and the official dates for the award.  Should be an easy fix.

I meant in the menu you get to by clicking the gears in the upper right hand corner, not the Member Search Report.

Ah, the other place. That appears to work only for items normally submitted on a Form 2a. The Member Search area is for those items submitted on a Form 120.

This is the right answer. I was literally sitting behind Joe Hall when this was announced and he was working an UPDATE query to insert the AFOEA into everybody's records who was an active member at that moment. As a former DB guy, it was a cool insert. :)
