Flying Pig

Column 3 Week 3.  How are we doing?

I've been sort of stuck in week 4 for a while now.  I'm trying to complete the full week in the 3rd (hardest) column, but it really seems to ramp up in this week.  Could complete it easily using the 1st or 2nd columns.

Im also doing a sit up and pull up challenge also.  Should be fun.  Ive come along way.  But im having some trouble fitting into my blues.  Do I need to switch to the Corporate uniform?

Pulled a muscle in my back two weeks ago.  Restarting week 4.

I think I might come aboard with this- even if I am a few weeks late. I've been focusing on getting ready for Marine OCS with the PFT-related exercises, but perhaps the program you're all talking about will prove helpful with this as well.
