Guard recruiting scandal sounds sadly familiar

The first thing I thought of when I saw this break was the CCs who have no compunction
to putting their CAPID on the line when new apps come in with no one indicated.

Pretty much the same thing.

This is old news. This scam has been going on in a number of states for years.
We had some folks in the California Army National Guard take a fall for this kind of crap a couple of years ago.

Good point, the same could be said for R&RO's. Padding the count for the recruiting ribbon.
