Page 19 even shows cadet in long sleeves.

......yes. We can and do wear long sleeve blues. But it you must also wear a tie/tab.

Also please note......your squadron leadership can dictate exactly what uniform you will wear.....

So broadly speaking cadets can wear the long sleeve shirt.....your local leadership may have said "everyone is in short sleeves".

Like it was said above, yes, you can wear long sleeves. Find out what the rule is in your squadron though, because some differ in whether they like long sleeves, short sleeves, or both. And it is required to wear a tie or tie tab with long sleeves versus the preference for short sleeves.
