Post by: Rob on June 17, 2009, 02:11:47 PM
Greetings, fellow CAP members. The CAP Leadership Project has a new assignment: develop 28 lesson plans to go along with the DRAFT "Learn to Lead" textbook modules. You can design one or more lessons that will be used by over 30,000 members! Visit www.CAPleadership.com (http://www.capleadership.com) for details.

Sincerely, -Rob Smith

The Do this first page references the following:(http://capleadership.com/DoThisFirst.aspx (http://capleadership.com/DoThisFirst.aspx))

QuoteInstructional Systems Development (ISD) "is a deliberate and orderly, but flexible process for planning, developing, implementing, and managing instructional systems" (Source: AFMAN 36-2234).

CAP Leadership Project participants not familiar with the Air Force's ISD model need to take the ISD Introductory Lesson.

ISD Introductory Lesson:

Page 2 of the conclusion references a "Formative Progress Report". Does that link work for anyone? Is it possible that you have to go threw the course to get a progress report?

I'm trying to determine if there is a test/certification process found at the conclusion of this course? Something I can print off that shows that I've completed the course and mastered its content and said completion should be noted in my training records. [Think actual Air Force training records]

Anyone know? Has anyone completed this course yet? What did you think of it and was there a test/certificate at the conclusion of the course?

Thank you
