Screwed eservices promotion dates?

I got promoted to C/A1C bymysquadron on August 12th. I know eservices didn't recognize my promotion until a couple days later as I kept checking eservices to make see if they recognized my promotion. However, when I check eservices for my promotion date to C/A1C, it says June 17th! Is it a mistake on eservices part? What does this mean for the 56 day period I have to wait to promote? Do I just wait to promote 56 days after the day I promoted at my squadron?

Your promotion date is whatever your CC or designate entered.  If it's wrong, point it out and he can fix it.

17-June is better than 12-August, what are you complaining about?
When did you meet the requirements?
Hint: It will not allow it to be done any earlier, so .. I'm guessing 17-June, or prior.

Some units do it based on that, pending the review board pass, if they have the review board.

Not complaining, just wondering what is up. I met all the requirements except the drill test around June 17th and then took the drill test and promoted on August 12th.
