I went to Anaheim. I attended the uniform presentation. The speaker, a member of the uniform committee, passed on the above information. I reported it. What more do you want? There's nothing else.
I was there and heard the same thing. It's also going from a manual to a regulation.
And the point was made "We have until December 31st and still be Q1" ;D
