You can go to www.militarysignatures.com and create cool sig blocks like these....

And of course the one you see at the bottom of this post.

So, who is going to make a high speed CAP one for me?  Eclipse, I know you've got skills...

Yeah, but it's military.  I want one just like it but CAP.  You could make some money.  For CAP Talk/CadetStuff, I'd rather use a CAP one.   Just sayin'....Christmas is right around the corner...

Nevermind.  I saw something new that I thought was neat and someone made it clear (offline) that it's ghey.  I guess I'll just keep using it over on the AF forums where it's appreciated... :(

Here it is, incase you wanted to see mine...

I have been in contact with the owner of the site(www.militarysignatures.com ) for a while.  He is a disabled combat veteran who is making a living by developing the site.  He does plan on making a CAP section... just be patient!  I will keep everyone updated!  He is one heck of a nice guy and puts out a quality product.

Well, anyone that would take the time to write a negative message pertaining to any signature line for former service members has some real issues, IMHO.  Keep it up! I do appreciate your service and you have every right to be proud of it!  Anyone who does not like my sig can eat a two week old plate of poop as far as I am concerned.  Mine is staying!   ;D

Gunner C

I saw Killian's and just had to get one.  Early Christmas.

I just sent the site owner another email.  Jay replied stating that he could have something CAP specific within a short amount of time.  I just sent him reference material on CAP rankings, ribbons, badges, and etc so that he could have some reference items to look at.

Again, he is one heck of a nice guy and deserving of any business.

It's not all about the content, but less is more to a lot of folks.   The biggest issue is actually the size of the total sig element to include any additional text.

Of the lot of 'em Citizen Soldiers is probably the most reasonable size wise.  If you're gonna do it... keep it small, keep it fast and lite, and drop the additional text.  As an example, yours could be much smaller without losing anything important.

That's because he got the free one.  I dropped $8.95 on mine so the ribbons weren't all spread along the bottom and I could add a few extra things.  You can make them smaller, it's an option on the site, but then you lose a lot of the detail which leaves the viewer questioning the content.

I'm going to play with Paint and see what I can come up with for a CAP one.

FLWG has a great resource for CAP images.  I found (again) after Eclipes hooked me up with most of the images I was looking for.

I think I'll sign up after I get my wings.  I'd feel a little goofy with an AF sig with my two stripes and three ribbons...

I whipped this up. It's not reflective of my quals, but I used the images I had available.

I do think these need to be a bit wider and much thinner.

The units I was in were so small no one carries the emblems! lol  I sent him an email with the pictures of my unit patches to see if he can add them.  It'll be nice when they allow multi-service sigs.  And a CAP one would be even nicer.  This guy rocks.

Doing a google search for CAP, I found this.  It would be a good start to a CAP backdrop for a sig box.

I found that same image of the CAP aircraft and started toying around with something.  Problem is I don't know how to adjust the images so there isn't a "box" behind them.  Like how in your image the patches, rank and ribbons all seem to just be there.  When I was working on it I couldn't get images without the box (or is it a border).

I'm sure it's a photo shop, paint or artwork thing and my skills are really really limited.

You can use yours for whatever you want.  I read and post over on an Air Force forum on ocassion and I have a separate signature picture for that place.

Personally, I don't include these things on emails, even for CAP.  I don't think my boss would be too impressed with a signature picture at the end of my emails depicting my CAP or Military background.

we wore this symbol on the back of our helmets on the tactical entry team i was a member of.

the creator of the symbol Butch Ramik stated "one ass to risk symbols are direct and to the point of what you do and are willing to risk everyday. Yes, we are proud warriors and first responders but safety first as always for you and your loved ones"

so one ass to risk..... when i broke open a door and filed behind a team mate and saw that on his helmet i knew i was there for him and he was for me. i was risking mine to save his. It was this ideal that was given to me in my first days of swat training that has stayed with me throughout the years.

As a Emergency Responder (i am a FireFighter / Paramedic and a Police Officer) I live that idea everyday. making sure i take calculated risks to save others has been in my mind every time the radio goes off. my safety my teams safety is first but sometimes a high calculated risk is worth taking to save others, placing my life in harms way to secure the life of another.

If my work was easy everyone would want to do it. there is no glory in risking everything for a stranger but there is honor in it. i have been surrounded by people of honor but i have never met a living hero, just a group of people that are able to function in extraordinary circumstance.

i see bravery every day. people that put themselfs into harms way risking their lives so that others may live. not heroes.... people of honor risking their a$$ to save yours!

In CAP we live the same ideals!
