My brother may be relocating to Cheyenne.  Is there a CAP plane located there?

There's a 182Q there now, which I'd assume to be based there.

There is.  It is currently assigned to wing HQ, as both the Laramie and Cheyenne theoretically use it (Cheyenne doesn't at the moment.) Not to mention that it is close(30ish hours) to engine overhaul.
