I applied for a job at wing HQ a few years ago, and was told I was not considered because I did not list that I had certain critical skills.

Found out later the job description National was hiring from was significantly different from the one I was given, and only one person had been given the actual job description.  So only that one person qualified for the job.

As it happens the person they DID hire is honestly better than I would have been, so the right person got the job anyway.

New wing staff in two days, see what the future brings.
