Ideas for a fully-funded external AE project?

So if your squadron could receive one to two thousand dollars (as part of a larger grant) for some sort of community-oriented (aka: external) aerospace education project, what would you do?   

For background information, our unit is located right on the flight line at a county GA airport in a fairly suburban to rural area.

 Seminar (speech) on space exploration (cost..$0...Just get someone and make it exciting).....Talk about the Mars "Ares Project" (upcoming aerospace) and have them build the "ARES" gliders (I have the patterns and instructions if you need them).....have them build and launch small rockets (can get bulk packs for cheap) and you'll still have money left over even from that.
