Giants. Period.

Sept 07: 35-13 remember that? Had we played for more than 1 drive in the NFC Championship, it would have been a different result. The Blueberries may have gotten the win, but they didn't beat the Packers, we lost the game all on our own

Darin, I invited her to DC but I don't think she took me seriously.  The two of you could have jumped in the Colors while Nick and I set up and secure the DZ.
Well, if you had told me there'd be jumping... ;)

I just found out right now, too.  I'm kinda bettin' the FSDO won't approve that request for waiver on like 48-hrs notice....

Who wants to jump on the eastern seaboard in February?  I just did the wx check and its going to be in the 50s Friday & Saturday (jumpable) and then down in the mid-30s on Sunday (non-jumpable). Plus my reserve is out of date and my rigger is slow.

Yeah, the heck with that.

Nice planning, Kirt.  Way to go, buddy.

Yesterday it was in the mid 70's.  Tad bit windy though.

Sounds like we may need to plan a jump at DeLand http://www.skydivedeland.com/ or Zephyrhills http://www.skydivecity.com/.  How about a Shuttle Load? "Ever seen a NASA launch while in freefall?"  Perhaps our FL brethren would host us... :-*

Fun, sun, jumping, seafood... 8)

Well, they do the "Great White North Boogie" (where some of us snow-bound folks head south) in January at either Sebastian or Lake Wales. Unfortunately, working for a college, this tends to fall on the "spring semester return" weekend. Grrrrr.  According to reports, this year the wx was uncooperative for 4 of the 5 days. Bummer.  Glad I didn't go, cuz sitting 'round a DZ with my thumb up and locked waiting for the wx is NOT my idea of a vacation.

I'm personally preferable to Z-Hills, having jumped the Turkey Boogie, the Christmas Boogie and the Easter Boogie there many times.   I know TK and a lot of my buddies jump there. The facilities are top notch and the vibe is excellent.

We should do a CAP boogie.. Let me start a topic on that, I'm curious....

EDIT: Here, to keep it slightly on topic: I met my girlfriend in freefall once...

(In case anybody is wondering, that's me on the right.  In relaxed grooming standards..:^) )
Now I'm dating an AFF student. How uncouth is that? :)

Try again.  General Courter is not in an uniform.  I believe he is asking about the, appears to be a Captain (specifically Judy LaValley), receiving some award.  From the looks of it, I would say a Squadron of Merit.
