to become a mission observer

I am currently a mission scanner, trained at NESA. Now I want to upgrade to mission observer at my unit. What should I do?

Have you looked at the SQTR?  It pretty much lays out what you need to do.

I'd also go back to NESA and do the Observer Course.  I enjoyed my week in that class a few years back.

Thanks for your responses. Back to NESA is a wonderful way to get a best training of anything, though! This will make a day for Gary & Eric!!  :clap:
