So Ive heard that up to 3 JROTC ribbons are authorized for wear...just wondering if this was true, I cant find it anywhere. Oh, and there's also the issue of seeming like a jerk. I am proidof my JROTC accomplishmets but should I bother wearing them?

CAPM 39-1.

No more than three, worn after all CAP ribbons, and removed when no longer in the ROTC/JROTC program.

Now the reg cite doesn't specify which three ROTC/JROTC ribbons you can wear; it's your choice. My preference would be 'top three' or one decoration, one academic and one service. But be sure you follow the order of precedence for your ROTC/JROTC program.

Absolutely. I was just going to wear my top 3 in order if precedence. Thanks!
